A Bit About Me
You may be here because you want to feel better. Perhaps you're struggling with an immediate life.
challenge such as anxiety, depression, or a specific situation that you need help navigating. Or
maybe you have a general sense that something isn't quite right, and you want to explore it further.
Making sense of these thoughts and feelings on your own can be difficult. Through counselling, I can
help you understand what is happening so you can start to feel more like the person you want to be.
Opening up to someone can be challenging; I’ve been there, and I understand.
As an open, caring, and trustworthy therapist, I offer a safe space where you can talk freely, be seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to support you in looking beneath the surface, discovering insights you may not have noticed before, and helping you find a way to move forward.
My Approach to Counselling
I practice an integrative approach to counselling, drawing from multiple therapeutic frameworks
such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
All these frameworks are underpinned by Person-Centred counselling, which means I place you at
the centre of our work together. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to
support and empower you to find your own answers.
Our sessions will be a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, or any other challenges,
my goal is to listen, understand, and work collaboratively with you to achieve your personal goals.
